FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

IF YOU CAN’T FIND THE ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION BELOW THEN PLEASE DON’T HESITATE TO USE OUR CONTACT FORM.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?

You will be assigned an arrival slot when you purchase your ticket. You must arrive within your allotted time, this method will reduce the time you spend queueing making social distancing much easier, keeping you safer.

WHAT IF IT RAINS?

The event will always go ahead in the event of bad weather. Please check the weather forecast in advance and be prepared for the Great British Summer. Screenings will only be cancelled if the weather conditions present a danger at screening time. Patrons accept the risk that weather they consider unsatisfactory may occur on a screening night and acknowledge that tickets will not be exchanged or refunded unless a screening is cancelled by Sunset Cinema Club. In the unlikely event that a screening is cancelled, we will aim to give as much notice as possible so please keep an eye out for information on the website and social media.

ARE THERE TOILET FACILITIES?

There will be individual toilet facilities on site, with a minimum 2m space between each toilet. These will be regularly cleaned and sanitised throughout the film. Please use the hand sanitiser provided before and after using the facilities to help us stop the spread.

CAN I SMOKE AT THE EVENT?

Smoking is not permitted inside the arena. If you wish to smoke at an event, please speak to one of our box office team who will allow you to leave the site to smoke and readmit you when you are finished. Please dispose of your rubbish responsibly.

HOW CLOSE WILL THE NEXT PITCH BE TO ME?

Pitches will be spaced to allow for social distancing to take place between the rows so you can easily walk to and from the facilities.

STAYING SAFE

We want everyone to have an enjoyable experience and we have worked hard to design an event which follows government guidelines. Please help us by:

Not coming to the show if you have any COVID-19 symptoms (contact us to arrange a ticket exchange)

Respecting the social distancing guidelines.

Not leaving your designated pitch unless you need to use the facilities.

ISSUE AT A SCREENING?

If you have an issue at a screening, please speak to a member of staff on-site who may be able to help.

COVID 19

According to the latest government guidance, open air cinema events can take place with social distancing measures implemented.
Booking groups cannot number more than 6 persons at present and come from more than two households, but we can assure you that at all our screenings each booking group will be given a pitch that allows safe distance from any adjacent audience groups. Sunset Cinema Club is the perfect, safe way for everyone to return to the big screen this summer.
